Get ready for an incredible opportunity! The Adolescent Girls Investment Plan (AGIP) is calling all talented individuals for a fully remote consultancy project that will make a real impact.
AGIP, co-chaired by Plan International and Akili Dada, is seeking a consultant (or a dynamic duo!) to design and facilitate a virtual workshop for their Girl Advisors. This is your chance to be a part of AGIP's mission to empower adolescent girls and drive change.
But here's where it gets exciting: AGIP is a global coalition, bringing together researchers, philanthropists, and girl-focused development experts. Their goal? To improve the lives of adolescent girls through research-backed advocacy and investments. And they want you to help!
The consultancy aims to equip Girl Advisors with practical advocacy skills. You'll be designing a virtual workshop focused on interpreting research and translating findings into powerful advocacy messages. It's all about giving these girls the tools to influence policy, funding, and public opinion.
And this is the part most people miss: AGIP ensures youth participation by convening the Adolescent Girls Advisory Committee (AGAC). This committee, made up of adolescent girls, provides meaningful input and fosters leadership. It's a unique approach that ensures the voices of youth are heard.
As a consultant, you'll be responsible for reviewing research assets, designing an engaging workshop agenda, and creating pre-work materials. You'll also facilitate the workshop using inclusive methods and produce a youth-friendly summary with actionable tips. It's a chance to make a real difference and ensure that adolescent girls have a seat at the table.
The ideal candidate will have experience in youth engagement and a passion for adolescent participation. Strong virtual facilitation skills and the ability to translate complex research into accessible content are key. Knowledge of advocacy and a commitment to gender equality are also essential.
Priority will be given to consultants aged 24-34 with a background in youth-led advocacy.
So, are you ready to take on this exciting challenge? Apply by 16 January 2026 and be a part of this global movement. Remember, this is a fully remote opportunity, so you can make an impact from anywhere!
Don't miss out on this chance to empower adolescent girls and leave your mark on global development. Apply now and let's make a difference together!
